Who are we?
My name is Evelyn Hart. I’ve been a journalist for 12 years—seven of those in mainstream media, and the last five chasing what they told me not to print. I started Tidewatch Dispatch because some stories don’t fit in neat headlines, and some truths don’t survive the edit room.
This site is my unfiltered field notebook—part research archive, part warning signal. Everything here ties back to one thing:

Something's Wrong at Downs Park
There’s a frequency I can’t trace, but I know it’s there.
Last night the black van parked by the trailhead again. Same model as before—no plates, blacked-out windows. Third night in a row. I approached from the north bluff but lost visual at 02:47AM. Something triggered my motion sensor near the ranger post, but playback is static.
Ranger Harrow says it’s bird tracking. But that’s not a bird antenna.
I found tire tracks. Uploading them now.
